You can look at annotations when you are not signed in, exactly the same way as when you are signed in. But you cannot Forward, Reject or Report them. When you have the Anotato extension installed and active, just left-click on any green highlighted anchor text.

This opens Annotation Viewer window.

Note that when you view annotations while not signed in (or signed in but with a zero (0) credit balance, you cannot Forward, Reject or Report them.

Also note that when you view annotations while not signed in you will see an advertising banner on the top. This is because we operate a Freemium model: when a user is unregistered or not signed in, we show advertisements at the top of the Annotation Viewer. When a user is both registered and signed in, they will not be shown advertisements, even if they have no credits.
